PRODUCT

All of the diecast models are brand new and in their original packaging. Which we will put inside another box to prepare for shipment.

The availability of all of our pre-order products will usually shipped out within 2-3 weeks at the latest. For the most up-to-date availibility and shipment timeframe, each product page will display that information for you.

SHIPPING

For all in-stock products, once you place we will ship within 1-2 business days and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

For pre-order products, the timeframe will be displayed for you to see before you add to cart or place your order.

Yes, all orders will have a tracking number included. We know how exciting it is anticipating for a package to arrive, so we want to make sure you are able to track the package and know when your order is being delivered.

Yes we offer free standard domestic shipping (USA) on all of our products for the lower 48 states. You can select the free standard shipping option during checkout.

For all in-stock products, priority and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States, we hope to add international shipping options in the future.

PAYMENT

We accept most credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes, express checkout is available and supports both Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can see the button for Apple Pay and/or Google Pay in your shopping cart or at the top during checkout.

ORDER

Yes, you can contact us for a custom order, we can design and build a vehicle using only genuine LEGO elements for you.

While we do not accept returns, if your order is damaged, please do not open the damaged package and contact us right away. If there is an issue, we will do our best to solve it and make it right with you.
